TV/VHS/DVD, the other faces a fireplace and water views. The Den
area off the kitchen has additional TV. Two convenient washer/dryers –
one in each unit.
Multiple sliding doors on the ground floor open to a large wrap-around
brick patio, complete with expansive water views, a great gas barbeque
grill, four chaise lounges, three tables, and plenty of chairs. Perfect for
eating/entertaining outdoors.
Although most guests remark about the unique Oyster Pond naturally
cooling breezes, 31 and 32 master bedrooms both have ceiling fans
and air conditioning – which can be especially useful on the hottest
days of summer!

shuffle board, acres of lawn for kite flying, playing catch, and family fun.
